05 / How To Begin
You do not need a ritual, a rule book or a special room.
One stick and twenty minutes is enough. These four steps also double as the safety routine — read them before your first burn.
- I
Choose one and set a heat-proof holder
Use a ceramic, stone or metal holder on a stable, non-flammable surface. Keep it away from curtains, paper, books and anything that can catch fire.
- II
Light the tip, then let the flame go
Hold the flame for two seconds, then blow it out. The ember does the work — a burning flame only brings smoke and bitterness.

Sit a metre away and watch the smoke
The first minute is paper and heat. After that the real note arrives — resin, wood, or something sweet underneath. Keep a window open and never leave a burning stick unattended.

Keep the one you want to live with
Use the sampler for a week, note which evening you reached for which scent, then order the full box of that one. Let the ash cool completely before disposal.
Burn safety in one line: incense is a combustible aromatic product, not a health product. Burn on a heat-proof holder, in a ventilated room, away from children, pets and flammables, and never unattended.

07 / What We Can Show You
Most buyers cannot visit the workshop, so the paperwork has to do the introductions.
Where it comes from
Agarwood from cultivated plantations in southern China; sandalwood and botanical resins from long-standing traders we buy from year after year.
How it is made
Ground, blended, rolled and dried by hand. Each batch is dated and numbered before it leaves the workshop.
What we hand over
Material photos, batch records, packing list and export documents. For agarwood shipments, the permits required by the destination country.
What we never claim
No medical effect, no promise of luck, no “100% pure” line we cannot back with a document. If it is not provable, it is not printed.
Ask for the file you need before you order, not after. We would rather lose an order than send a buyer a claim they cannot check.

This section exists so that no customer has to guess what our products are — or are not. It is also the part of the page we keep on file: if a platform, an importer or a buyer ever asks what we claimed, this is the text we point to. 本节写清产品是什么、不是什么，并作为对外留档：平台、进口商或买家询问宣称口径时，以本段为准。
01 / Burn safety
燃烧安全提示
- Use a heat-proof holder. Ceramic, stone or metal, on a stable non-flammable surface.
- Keep away from children and pets. Never leave a burning stick, cone or charcoal unattended.
- Keep away from flammables. Curtains, paper, books, bedding, dried flowers and alcohol-based products.
- Ventilate the room. Burn in a well-ventilated space; avoid small sealed rooms and dense smoke.
- Sensitive groups take care. People with asthma, respiratory conditions, allergies, pregnant women, infants, and households with smoke alarms should avoid or limit exposure. If in doubt, do not burn it.
- Extinguish and cool fully. Confirm the ember is out and ash is cold before disposal. For external use only — not edible, not for skin or eyes.
02 / No health claims

- Not a medicine or medical device. Our incense is a combustible aromatic product for scent and atmosphere. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
- No functional promises. We make no claims about sleep, calm, anxiety, stress relief, focus, air purification, sterilisation, insect repellent, or any physiological benefit.
- No spiritual or fortune claims. No promises of luck, wealth, destiny, protection or religious efficacy. Cultural background is described as culture, never as an effect.
- No absolute wording. We do not use “100% pure”, “non-toxic”, “zero additives”, “harmless”, “chemical-free” or “completely safe” unless a specific batch document supports it.
- “Natural” does not mean harmless. Burning any material produces smoke and particulates. Natural origin is a description of the material, not a safety or health assertion.
03 / Dispute prevention

- Only checkable facts. Descriptions are limited to scent family, material, net weight, count, length, burn time, packaging and batch number.
- Images are illustrative. Photos show a representative batch; colour, grain and packaging may vary. The written quotation and specification sheet govern the order.
- Import rules are the buyer's. Classification, labelling and registration in the destination country are confirmed with the importer before shipment; we supply the technical file we actually hold.
- Privacy by design. No advertising or tracking cookies, no database, no CRM. We do not ask for passport numbers, religion, health data or chat screenshots. Forms on this page only compose a message that you send yourself.

Why the tiger
SHANJUN 山君 is an old Chinese name for the tiger — the one who keeps the mountain. We borrow the word 守, keeping, not the animal's power: nothing here promises fortune, and nothing here works as a charm. The Daodejing keeps returning to that word — hold the edge back, mind your own ground. The mountain says nothing and the seasons turn; the maker boasts nothing and the fire shows. What a workshop can hand a buyer across sea and mountain is only this: the mountain is kept, and the batch is true.
We work in China, with the people who grow the trees, grind the powder and roll the sticks. What we sell is what we can show: a material, a weight, a burn time and a number on the box.
If you are new to Chinese incense, start with the sampler. If you already sell fragrance, ask for the wholesale list. Either way, write to us on WhatsApp — a person answers.
